1) 1) The consumer has the right to use the following services: assistance for mooring, water and electricity supply, toilet services, showers, Wi-Fi, guardians/video security.

2) The occupation of the place for the boat, is valid only for the boat indicated in the contract of mooring, the transfer of the contract to others and/or the sub-concession of the services is prohibited.

3) The company Nautic Center srl, which manages the EOLMARE MARINA RESORT, remains exonerated from the responsibility for partial or total robberies, damage by others or due to exceptional events such as acts of terrorism, and delinquency and / or natural disasters.

4) The consumer is obliged to comply with the orders and measures issued by the Maritime Authority..

5) Any dispute arising between the consumer and the company Nautica Centre srl, which manages the EOLMARE MARINA RESORT, with regard to the interpretation of the contract of mooring, will be exclusive and mandatory jurisdiction of the law court of Barcellona P.G..

6) In adverse marine weather conditions or the unquestionable judgment of the employees, the owner of the boat is obliged to remove it from the dock.
